Very delicious homemade chocolate ice cream recipe! You can experiment with fillings – chopped nuts, chopped fruit, candied fruit, etc. If you do not have silicone molds, you can use any suitable size, molds. If the chocolate has melted, or not enough mass can just freeze. Or in tins or in a container. Of this amount of ingredients get 6-8 servings.
Ingredients
- 200 ml cream 33-35%
- 250g mascarpone (or Almette)
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 200 g of chocolate
- 3 tsp cocoa
- stick or 2 tsp vanilla vanilla sugar

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Chocolate is poured into molds.
Rotating mold, spread chocolate on the walls (some chocolate left for bottoms.)
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Whipped cream (whipping up until the cream will not thicken).
Mix the cream and mascarpone.
Separate the whites from the yolks (preliminary wash down eggs with soap or with a baking soda).
Mix yolks with sugar.
Add the yolks to the cream and mascarpone and mix.
Proteins frothed.
Add a creamy mass, mix gently.
Cut the vanilla stick, remove the seeds.
Mass divided into two parts.
One add cocoa and mix.
In another add the vanilla seeds and mix.
In molds with chocolate shell out a lot of chocolate and vanilla, filling them to the middle (I filled the molds half chocolate and half vanilla.)
Put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Then place the remaining mass (put the chocolate vanilla and vice versa, filling the molds to the top, leaving a 3-4 mm from the top.)
Put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Then pour in the chocolate mass, smooth, place in freezer for 5-6 hours.
Finished ice cream removed from the molds and serve.
